The Rotary Club along with the OPP and other Barrie Organizations will be hosting “Breakfast with Joe” on the 31 Dec 2016. The breakfast will be held in one of three downtown Barrie venues. The breakfast is being prepared to serve 300 less fortunate persons. Joe will be in attandance speaking to the patrons. The OPP will be organizing volunteers to assist with serving breakfast and cleaning up.
